It is not a product defect therefore is not a reason for exchange/returns. - Microfiber rug good for all seasons with 3mm inner layer decrease floor noises. - Microfiber rug: usually house dust is 1.1-2.1mm sizing that can not be seen with human eyes. - Micro fiber rugs are made with detailed microfibers that don't allow dust mites to survive even in humid conditions. Also with high mono valence with allows for exceptional absorption and drying specialties. - Printing made on rug is made with natural ink printing methods, non-harming to skin, but with exceptional coloring. Non-slip rubber on bottom side. - Photozenia microfiber rugs can easily remove stains by rubbing detergent on stain parts, in comparison to other rugs that are easily susceptible to stains. - Rugs are not heavy for easy portability, wrinkles are removed naturally over time, and is not a reason for returns/exchanges.
